What Happens Next After You Apply For A Loan?


In order to accurately provide you with your options, my loan team will review your credit report and the information you have provided in complete confidence.  You can expect to hear from a loan specialist on our team typically within 24 hours weekdays.  At that time, if further information or clarification is needed, the loan specialist may ask you for input. 

Otherwise, your loan options will be explained to you, you can make your loan program selection, and if you are first considering a property purchase, a pre-approval will be issued.  Or if you already know the property you will be purchasing, or are refinancing or tapping into home equity, the loan team will start to work on processing your loan as expediently as possible.
 
I will constantly be in contact with the loan team and you, and will closely be monitoring the loan process to do everything possible to ensure a quick and hassle-free experience.
